Dr Sheba Victor teaches courses at various levels: B.A, M.A. B.Ed., PGDTE and PhD. She is passionate about Teacher Education and Material Development; focuses on Teaching of Skills especially Reading & Vocabulary and is devoted to Teaching Practicum. Her rich experience makes it possible for her to teach on the International Training Programmes, specifically Teaching Professionals, where she has regularly assisted as an Academic Coordinator. She served as an Evaluator for NELTS, the Testing Service of CIEFL, and is currently a member of AIELTA which designs Language Tests at EFLU. She supervises PhD scholars in research areas such as Teacher Autonomy, Reading Strategies, (Madrassa) Curriculum, Translanguaging and Vocational Education.

She began her career as a teacher of English in Middle and High School and as an Animator of Catholic Training School, Asia-Oceania, responsible for the design and conduct of training modules for community leaders. The programmes focused on Character/Personality Formation, Community Building, Strategic planning, and Team building. She conducts training workshops, presents papers at national and international educational conferences and is a seminar speaker. Dr Victor is an author and Resource Person for Oxford University Press India.
