The Library at the Regional Campus, Lucknow provides resources for academic and research activities in the areas of English Language Teaching, Linguistics and Phonetics and Literatures in English and Foreign Languages. The library has a huge collection of books, journals and other academic resources in Linguistics, English Language Teaching, English Literature, World Literature, Culture Studies, Gender Studies, Translation Studies, Indian Knowledge System, Computational Linguistics, Corpus Linguistics, Business Communication, Intercultural Communication, Pragmatics, Discourse Analysis, Stylistics, Grammar, Foreign Language Teaching and Children's Literature. The titles are updated regularly on recommendation from the faculty and the research scholars.

Besides books, journals and periodicals in print, the library also provides online access to a number of journals such as JSTOR, Project Muse, Cambridge University Press Online Journals, Oxford University Press Online Journals and Economic and Political Weekly.

The Library also has a section dedicated to Audio Tapes, Video Tapes and CDs.
