Served as All India Coordinator of the GOI – EFL University District Centre Scheme; Member of IGNOU’s expert committee to design and develop an advanced diploma course in Soft Skills; Chairman of the Subject Committee in English of the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education; Coordinator of Training Consultancy Services, EFL University; OSD (Admissions and Exams) Dean Campus Development, EFL University; Dean Library,EFL University; Dean Planning , EFL University.

Designed, developed and ran several need-based teacher training, trainer training, and professional communication programmes in educational institutions and corporate organisations such as:
