Prof. T. J. Rekha Rani, Head, Department of Hindi. She was 28 years of experience in the teaching field. Join as an Associate Professor Eflu in 2009. Despite being a Telugu speaking Hindi made her career. She was Wonderful team player with consistent positive attitude and extremely pleasant to work with summary strong academic background in Hindi Literature. She was done her Ph.D from Osmania University, Hyderabad (2007). Her research topic in Ph.D was "UTTERSHATI KE HINDI UPANYSION MAIN MUSLIM JAN JEEVAN". She has Successfully supervisor Ph.D of 9 research scholars and continue current research work with others. She has been a key note speakers/resource person in more than 50+ Seminars, talks, panels, workshops, symposium. She presented a paper in International Conference from 5-7-2012, organized by the instituted of Asian and African studies, Moscow state university, Russia.

She was adopted distinctive teaching mythologies, documented all topic, organized healthy group discussion and mentored troubled student. She is active in writing articles, publications book reviews, editor on various relevant topics. She is also actively participate in the department internal activities like Hindi Diwas, conferences, talks, seminars, and lecture series. She successfully completed various university related academic and extracurricular responsibility given to her. . She was written three books in Hindi, one book is editing by her. She wrote many short stories & stories in Hindi Journal

Prof.T.J. Rekha Rani has an interest and research in Sociological, Historical & Culture Perspective of Hindi Literature, Hindi Fiction (Novel & Stories), Subaltern discourse (Dalit & Feminism), some other new discourses like Muslim, Farmer, Third gender, Aged discourse, Symbiotic Relation discourses etc.
