Ms. Sari R. Khawbung had done her schooling (6 years) in Wheaton Christian Grammar School, Wheaton, Illinois, USA, as well as in St. Mary’s High School, Shillong, Meghalaya. She graduated from the St. Mary’s College, Shillong, Meghalaya, and obtained her Master’s Degree in English from the Department of English, NEHU, Shillong. At present, she is pursuing her PhD Degree from the English and Foreign Languages University, Regional Campus, Shillong. She has been teaching English Literature for the past thirty-one years – from 1992 to 1997 (five years) at the Union Christian College, Umiam, Meghalaya, from 1997 to 2002 (five years) at St. Edmund’s College, Shillong, and from February 2002 till the present (twenty-one years continuing) at the English and Foreign Languages University, Regional Campus, Shillong.
