The Educational Multimedia Research Centre (EMRC) at EFLU has made significant contributions to the SWAYAM initiative, focusing on e-content and
MOOCs development.
- E-Content Programmes: EMRC has produced 2114 e-content programs under phases I and II of the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NME-ICT).
- MOOCs Production: The Centre has actively ventured into the production of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), offered on the SWAYAM platform. To date, EMRC-EFLU has offered 91 MOOCs across various subjects. Each MOOC is structured with varying numbers of credits, resulting in the development of over 1700 modules.
EMRC's dedication to the SWAYAM initiative underscores its commitment to making quality education accessible to learners across the country through innovative and comprehensive online courses.
