Membership
The Library membership is restricted mainly to the Faculty, Students, Non-teaching and Retired staff of the University.
The family members of the staff require prior permission from the Registrar/Proctor to access the library.
Research Scholars from other Universities are also permitted to use library facilities.
The details of the procedure are provided below:
However, the books are not issued to outside research scholars.

Penalty on Overdue Books
Fine on overdue books will be charged from students at the rate of Rs.1/- per day per book.
Recovery of Books lost by Members
If the book/any other material is lost/misplaced by the students/faculty/staff or any other member, the same should be replaced with the latest edition or pay double the cost of the book.
Clearance Certificate
Students/staff etc. who leave the University must obtain a clearance certificate (No Dues) from the Librarian.
Institutional Membership
Educational institutions and Corporate Offices are provided with institutional membership for a period of one year on payment of library fee of Rs. 10,000/- for which 20 books for 15 days can be borrowed at a time.
